Optima Business Services Group is an Oxfordshire-based specialist provider of a range of finance-related services to small and medium-sized businesses. Although we are a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are unlike traditional firms in that we believe passionately in a pro-active and hands-on approach so that our clients see us as adding real value to their businesses rather than being a necessary but unwelcome cost.

We also do not believe in the “consultancy” concept – our clients need and appreciate our action as well as our advice. They sometimes don’t just want to be told what to do, they want someone to get on and do it.

Our clients can pick and choose which elements of our service they want us to provide. Most retain us to have a regular, long-term, hands-on involvement with their business.  

Sometimes our first task is to help our clients survive, especially in these difficult times, and we are experts in finding ways to maximise business cash-flow. We can do this by finding cash-flow either from within the business or from external funders. Having been active in this arena for many years, we have excellent contacts with banks and other debt lenders, as well as Business Angels, Private Equity firms and institutional investors, so we are able to choose from the complete range of solutions.
